Acceptable use
Don't ship content that's illegal where your users live. Don't use LevelChat to coordinate harm. Crypto, gambling, and adult content are Enterprise-only and require a separate addendum.
Service levels
Scale customers get 99.9% uptime. Enterprise customers get 99.99% with uptime credits. The status page at status.levelchat.io is the source of truth.
No-surprises billing
If your bill exceeds the public calculator's estimate by >10% without a prior email alert, we credit the delta. Alerts fire at 75%, 90%, and 100% of every meter cap.
Termination
Leave when you want. We'll export your recordings and room metadata for 30 days after termination, then securely delete. On-prem licenses keep working — you own the binaries during the maintenance year.
